Russia just sent one of its biggest drone waves of the month at Ukraine.
At least 14 people are dead. 57 more are hurt.
So what actually happened? Attack drones hit Ukraine between the evening two days ago and the following morning. Most were jet-powered Shahed-type drones. The rest were slower models and decoys.
Ukraine's air force says it shot down or jammed most of them. But strikes still landed in 18 places. And debris from the drones that were brought down fell in eight more spots.
Eight regions reported deaths or damage. Let's go through them.
Start in Kyiv. Drones hit the headquarters of Kyivstar, Ukraine's biggest mobile network. The building on Dehtiarivska Street took damage. The company says every staff member is safe.
Here's the thing. This is the third time this month Kyivstar has been hit. An engineering office earlier in the month. An equipment building since then. Nobody was hurt in either of those.
Still in Kyiv, the Solomianskyi and Shevchenkivskyi districts took damage too. A school. Warehouses. Communications facilities. Two 16-year-old girls were among those hurt.
Volodymyr Zelensky, Ukraine's President, said drones hit two kindergartens, two schools, a residential building, a car repair shop, warehouses and communications facilities in the capital, all in one day. He said Russian forces hit a data centre in Kyiv twice on the morning after the attack.
Zelensky says quote "such a choice of targets would be called one word: terrorism".

Kyiv's city prosecutor has opened a war crimes investigation into the death of one man in the capital.
Now Odesa region. A separate strike killed one person and hurt two more. Governor Oleh Kiper says it damaged a home, a medical facility, a hotel, a shop and a place where grain is stored.
And the rest of the toll is spread right across the country.
Zaporizhzhia region: four dead, five hurt. Donetsk region: three dead, five hurt, according to governor Vadym Filashkin. Dnipropetrovsk region: two dead, six hurt, according to governor Oleksandr Hanzha. Kharkiv region: two dead, three hurt, according to governor Oleh Syniehubov.
Kyiv region: one dead, three hurt, and buildings damaged across the region, according to Tymur Tkachenko, who runs the regional administration. Kherson region: one person hurt, plus damage to a high-rise building, several houses, a shop and vehicles. Poltava region: a downed drone knocked out power lines, and hundreds of homes briefly lost electricity.
This is the third night running that Kyiv has been hit by drones.
Zelensky says Russia has fired thousands of attack drones, hundreds of aerial bombs and dozens of missiles at Ukraine in the past week alone.
But here's the part that doesn't add up yet. Al Jazeera, reporting on the same period, gives a different figure for those killed nationwide, lower than the one above. Both figures come from Ukrainian officials. Neither report says why the counts differ. It could be a different cut-off time. It could be different regions counted.
And there's a separate incident on top of that. Kharkiv's mayor, Ihor Terekhov, says a Russian guided aerial bomb hit an apartment block the following morning, hurting more than twenty people, including several children. That one sits outside both overnight tallies.
Russia's military has not commented on this attack. Ukraine's air force says the final toll and damage figures across all eight regions are still being confirmed.
