Israel just hit three South Lebanon districts in one dawn operation
Israel just hit three districts in South Lebanon at once.
Sour, Bint Jbeil and Marjayoun. All at dawn today.
L'Orient Today's correspondent on the ground says Israeli jets fired more than seven strikes with heavy missiles into the Zibqine valley in Sour. Then close to 70 rounds of artillery landed on the same valley between 5am and 6am.
In Bint Jbeil, a strike hit the area between Tibnin and Haris. Middle East Eye, citing Al Jazeera's footage, says a thick cloud of smoke rose over the area.
L'Orient Today reports a house was destroyed between Haddatha and Hariss. Both villages were then hit hard with more fire. Two more strikes hit Debch, west of Mais al-Jabal, and the town of Tallousa in Marjayoun. The Israeli army also carried out demolitions around Mais al-Jabal.
ABNA24 reports heavy artillery hit Wadi Zebqin, Mansouri, Haddatha, Haris, Khiam, Mays al-Jabal and Qantara over the same stretch of night into dawn. And L'Orient Today says Israeli troops were then seen moving into Mansouri, with artillery still falling on Wadi Slouqi and around Kfar Shuba and Shebaa.
No count of the dead or wounded yet. No damage toll. Nothing from Hezbollah yet.
That's everything we know.
