Subscription Terms & Conditions

1. Subscription Plans

We offer the following subscriptions:

• Bronze
• Silver
• Gold

Clients may choose to pay for their selected subscription:

• Every 28 days, or
• Annually

The applicable subscription fee must be paid in advance before the Services begin.

2. Automatic Renewal

Subscriptions automatically renew at the end of each payment period using the payment method provided by the Client.

By subscribing, the Client authorises us to process recurring payments until the subscription is cancelled.

28-day subscriptions will renew every 28 days. Annual subscriptions will renew each year.

3. Cancellation

Subscribers may cancel their subscription at any time from their account.

Cancellation will stop any future subscription renewals. The Client will continue to have access to the Services until the end of the subscription period that has already been paid for.

Cancelling a subscription does not result in a refund for the current or any previous subscription payment.

4. Subscription Upgrades

Subscribers may upgrade their subscription at any time.

When a subscriber upgrades, they will be charged a prorated amount for the remainder of their current subscription period, based on the difference between their existing subscription and the upgraded subscription.

The upgraded subscription will take effect immediately. At the next renewal date, the subscriber will be charged the full subscription fee for the upgraded subscription according to their existing billing cycle.

For example, a subscriber who upgrades from a Bronze subscription to a Silver subscription partway through a 28-day billing period will pay the applicable prorated difference for the remaining days of that period. The full Silver subscription fee will then be charged at the next 28-day renewal.

5. Subscription Renewals

Unless cancelled by the Client, the subscription will automatically renew at the end of each applicable payment period.

The renewal fee will be charged to the payment method provided by the Client at the applicable subscription rate in effect at the time of renewal.

If a renewal payment cannot be processed, access to the Services may be suspended until payment is successfully completed.

6. Refunds

Subscription payments are non-refundable once processed.

No refund will be provided for unused time within a subscription period, including where a Client cancels their subscription before the end of the paid period.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits any refund or other right that cannot legally be excluded or limited under applicable law.

7. VAT

Unless otherwise stated in writing, subscription fees are inclusive of Value Added Tax (VAT), where applicable.

8. Acceptance

By subscribing to a Bronze, Silver or Gold subscription, the Client confirms that they have read, understood and agreed to these Subscription Terms & Conditions.
